I did my studnet teaching at Highland in 2018 in a 4^th grade classroom. I was released from ULM to start working after Thanksgiving that year and was hired to start teaching 1^st grade a week later! It was a challenge but I have never looked back. I love this school and my first grade littles so much. 

I am married and have one child and a husky! We love to go on walks, eat mexican food and read books. 

I love to be at home with my family. I love sunshine, reading books, being outside, and the holidays!
