I grew up in Shreveport, LA and moved to Monroe after marrying my husband. We lived here for 10 years and I taught at Minnie Ruffin Elementary, Grace Episcopal School and OCS during that time. In 2009, my family moved to Greenwood, Mississippi ,where I taught at Pillow Academy for 13 years. I have two children that are currently attending college in Mississippi.  This is my second year at Highland after moving back to the Monroe area last year. 

I love to exercise, play pickle ball, read, and spend time with my family.
