Current Position:

I have been teaching precious kids for 28 years (25 being in Ouachita Parish and 3 years in Bossier Parish).

I have served as the reading interventionist at both Boley and Highland Elementary for 5 years. I love working with kids on reading, spelling, and writing! We have lots of fun learning through multisensory techniques. Every day bring a different day filled with laughter and learning.

Previous Position:

I began my teaching career at Plantation Park Elementary in Bossier City, LA  teaching second grade.  After moving to Ouachita Parish, I have had experiences as a classroom teacher at Riser Elementary, George Welch Elementary and Drew Elementary before coming to Boley and Highland as reading interventionist!

Family Information:

I have been married to Tim Brandon for 27 years. We have 3 amazing children! All 3 graduated from West Monroe High School. One is studying to become a vet, one an architect and the last a TEACHER!!!
